Ayana has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management with an expertise in developing sound research-based programs that provide practical solutions to achieve gender and racial equity in the workforce. As a national lecturer for nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and academic institutions, she has conducted over 500 presentations on gender equity, diversity and inclusion for a range of audiences such as the 2014 International Women of Courage Awardees, Harvard University, Carnegie Mellon’s Women in Engineering, Girl's Coalition of Southwestern PA, WQED’s national “Close the Wage Gap” webcast, Charles Schwab, Otterbein’s Women & the New American Dream Summit, and the Association for Latino Professionals for America.
