The Athena Pack is a two-day women's leadership and connection event situated in Montana. This event signifies our pilgrimage to reconnect with our community and potentially unearth more about it. It serves as a gathering where we come together to envelop ourselves with women who aid us in the process of discovering, and perhaps even recalling, and refining the finest version of ourselves.
We founded The Athena Pack (sometimes referred to as APACK or Athena) with the intention of creating a space and allocating time to engage in more profound introspection. Our goal was to achieve this alongside exceptional thinkers and women from all across the United States, all while basking under the vast expanse of the Big Montana Sky.
WHY WE STARTED ATHENA
Our leadership team attended fantastic, well-known events across the globe. After enduring the challenges of breast-pumping in numerous airports and spending significant amounts to travel on multiple planes to distant locations, we found ourselves asking, "Why not bring such an experience to the Rocky Mountain West?" We envisioned a women-specific leadership training, encompassing relevant business topics, world-class networking, and transformative conversations, all within our local reach.
We desired our event to provide ample opportunity for attendees to engage in meaningful self-work. While we had participated in events that left us inspired and introduced us to remarkable individuals, we often found ourselves lacking the time during or after these events to genuinely contemplate how we could translate our newfound knowledge into actionable steps within our own daily lives. What should be done with this newfound wealth of information? The Athena Pack emerged as our answer to this persistent challenge.
