Kayti Sullivan is the Founder of Threshold Consulting, a boutique consultancy focused on the complexities of midlife, work, and family. A seasoned executive and operator, she helped scale Yelp from $2M to $1B over 12 years, ultimately overseeing an $800M P&L and a 3,500-person team as a Senior Executive. She later served as Chief Revenue Officer at The RealReal and Flyhomes, and is currently studying at the University of Utah to attain her Masters in Social Work.

She is an experienced public speaker and has addressed audiences on growth strategy, leadership, culture, and navigating personal transitions.
