KENDRA WILKS
Kendra is a physical therapist, yoga therapist, athlete, and mother of two grown children. She has been passionate about whole-person care and pelvic health since 1994. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2016, Kendra completed her Professional Yoga Therapist certification, allowing her to integrate Western medicine with a more holistic, mind-body approach to care.
Kendra has worked in orthopedic and pelvic health settings for Stanford University, the University of Illinois, and several diverse private practices. She currently serves as the Lead Pelvic Health Specialist for Howard Head Sports Medicine/Vail Health in Summit County, Colorado. She also is a physical health coach for the Maven Clinic, relentlessly focusing on closing the gap in women’s and family healthcare, as a telehealth provider.
With extensive experience across a range of clinical environments, Kendra brings a distinctive and integrative approach to treating pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions. She combines her background in mental health, orthopedics, and movement science with innovative, evidence-based therapies to support individuals of all ages. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that true healing encompasses the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle.
Kendra is dedicated to helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies—whether that means improving daily comfort or achieving peak performance. She emphasizes education, empowerment, and long-term strategies that promote lasting change.
Outside of her clinical work, Kendra enjoys exploring the mountains of Colorado by bike or on foot, and spending time with family and friends.
