Ty Miranda is an innovative campaigner, with a strong track record in issue advocacy, consulting, people management, logistics, political strategy, and organizational operations. She holds an MPH in Global Health Policy and a BA in Religion and Peace Studies from George Washington University. She began her public service journey as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand.

Currently, Ty serves as the Senior Strategist of Special Projects at the ACLU, where she leads cross-functional political and advocacy initiatives aimed at advancing civil liberties and justice.

Based in Santa Fe, NM, Ty shares her home with her wife, their dog, cat, and two spirited chickens. On weekends, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants, diving into the pages of Architectural Digest, and championing LGBTQ+ rights.
